Harddrive

I need help! Recently I haven't been able to save images or download anything onto my harddrive and I looked at "My computer" and my Factory Drive had a red bar where it tells you how much space you have in that drive. I can't even run a system restore to set my computer back. When I try it says "Acess to C: denied" or something along those lines.

I have Windows 7 64-bit

I tried that but it still didn't work when I hot the "edit" button it says "Can't open access control editor. Access is denied." It's like my computer thinks I'm not the administrator but I really am.
