Hardrive partition

Hi friends,

I have a computer that I installed Windows 7. I can't install some devices because there is no drives allready for Windows 7. How I can install Windows XP in the same computer that I have Windows 7. I heard about to open another partition in the hard drive. How I can do that? Thank you.

Most Vista drivers will work with Windows 7. I have had one that I had to install in Vista Compatibility Mode (HP OfficeJet Pro 8000). I've been very impressed with Windows 7. Things are going smooth so far. If you need something else to run, there is XP Mode. This is a separate (large) download. This basically runs XP in a virtual machine but it is integrated with Windows 7 very nicely. I don't know how well it would work with drivers though.
