hardware acceleration none there

The disabling hardware acceleration does not show up on my settings for my adobe what else can i do to fix my green screen problem it does it on all my video's please help.

Have you tried installing the latest driver for your graphics card? It could be a possible cause.

I'm not sure how to do that Joseph as I am not really that good with computers. I did try windows 10 but I did not like it so I went back to windows 8.1 and that's when the green screen started to show up.
