Hardware change error

Hello,
I've just installed a new motherboard & windows is asking for a reactivation but I seem to have no USB or PS/2 support for my mouse or keyboard so I can't select either option or close the window.
The motherboard is a Gigabyte ga-ma78lmt-us2h

I can't seem to edit the message, so I'm having to reply to myself. To clarify, I get keyboard support during BIOS, but it goes as soon as Windows boots.
