Hardware check-Will my new MOBO fit a new CPU and Graphics card?

I have currently bought a R9 280x graphics card but my CPU isnt good enough to help run the game at its full potential. What i need to know is, will a ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard fit a FX-8320 8 Core 3.50GHz PC Gaming CPU and a R9 280x graphics card?

To sum up, will a ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 MOBO, FX-8320 8 Core 3.50GHz CPU, and a R9 280X ALL FIT TOGETHER?

i wouldn't go that motherboard. The 780 series are old and usually don't have good power phases/VRM's. They were really made for the quad and six core CPUs and support was later added for 8 cores, but they really push the poor motherboard beyond what it was originally designed for.
