Question Hardware error crash (LiveKernelEvent code 141)

does anyone know what this is caused by? my computer almost always freezes completely when im playing games with decent graphics (not a blue screen crash, just freezes until i shut it down by holding down the power button)
but i also just got a blue screen crash while playing, with the error being "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"

ive read that it can be caused by RAM issues but i dont know what to do about it. all of these crashes happen during gaming, under extensive load. ive also noticed that if i close chrome while playing, it doesnt crash nearly as fast, which i feel like reinforces the RAM suspicion

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600 @3,85GHz
Motherboard - Asus TUF B450-PLUS GAMING
GPU - GTX 1050 Ti Gaming X
RAM - Trident Z RGB 16GB(2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz
PSU - Cooler Master GX 650W 80+ Bronze (from around ~2010)
HDD - WD Green 1TB HDD 5400RPM (from around ~2010)

HDD - WD Green 1TB HDD 5400RPM (from around ~2010) ----- A 5400 RPM drive is too slow to run games.
PSU - Cooler Master GX 650W 80+ Bronze (from around ~2010) ----- Should be replaced , never was good in terms of quality.

Get a decent PSU to run and protect your components. Buy a good SSD for your setup. Ditch the 5400 RPM drive.
