[SOLVED] HARDWARE ERROR

Hi guys, I recently purchased a brand new desktop. Running on AMD R7 and on RTX2070. However, my computer screen freezes randomly and I am unable to restart the computer as the CRTL ALT DELETE function does not work. The error message shown in Problem details are listed below but I do not understand what has happened.

Can someone assist me if they've been through this?

Boot a linux live cd and see if you have the problem there. If so, then just take it back and make them fix it. Otherwise if linux works fine it sounds like a windows software issue.

looks like problems with USB ( either MB-controller or connected USB-hardware).
But if you have warranty, I would put the system back to seller for further investigation.
