Hardware Firewall for Small Network?

My firewall got hit by lightning and I need to get a new one. I was looking at getting a Netgear FVS318G but have seen some bad reviews. Is it a good firewall or are there better options in it's price range. This is for a small office network (12 computers) and the only requirement I need is at least 4 LAN ports and that it has QoS.
