Question "Hardware has changed" on every boot

I engaged memory protection on windows 11.

Now every time I reboot it says "Your hardware settings have changed. Please reboot your computer for these changes to take effect!"

Is this a known bug?

delete your current graphic card driver with DDU, then install new from processor with graphic drivers

Was there a particular reason or requirement for engaging Windows Memory protection?

Does the problem end if Windows Memory Protection is dis-engaged?

Look in Reliability History for error codes, warnings, and even informational events that may have been captured when the system was rebooted.

Especially any that appeared when Memory Protection was first engaged.

old cause for this was the amd external events service, fix was to disable it and reboot. Your hardware settings have changed, Please reboot your computer (thewindowsclub.com)

Some newer problems were due to a pci bus driver but required a bios update to fix. or maybe a amd chipset driver update to fix the pci driver
