Hardware is not functioning properly plz help

So for a while now my msi laptop has been have a lot of problems but i cant figure out what is causing it. I get really low fps in games and sometimes the task manager shows programs using 100 cpu, gpu, disk, memory. So i decided to take a user benchmark test but i dont know how to fix my laptop.

The specs on my laptop are not the best but they should be able to run pretty much anything smoothly which is just not the case.

Have you cleaned the laptop yet?

As bad as those results are, I'd start looking at temps first as always, and possibly reinstalling Windows after backing up your docs.

I installed Advanced SystemCare and driver booster but it not seem to help. I also scanned my laptop for viruses with malwarebytes but it didnt help either.

I dont know what you mean by temps. Could you elaborate on that please

Physically clean your laptop. And temps are temperatures.

My laptop is not over heating. Something is causing it to where i cant run games at 60 fps. This is a recent problem. I cant figure out what the problem is.

I monitored the temps and now i see that they are overheating. But can clean my laptop actually fix my fps problem and make my laptop function faster like it used to?

It should if there is a significant amount of dust blocking the vents.
