Hardware issue with hp proliant ml350

Hello,
ML350 G6 xeon 2GHz server.server has no power light apart from ilo (blue at he back),
the power indicator light kicks in green, only if I disconnect power connector off the motherboard, it appears to be something further from dual power supplies. any suggestions
