The wireless key is F12 might have to press FN+12 to enable the wireless antenna. This should enable and disable the wifi and Bluetooth antennas. I asked how to turn on the Bluetooth on my toshiba satellite C50-B 64 bit, Windows 8.1 operating system and the first step was to turn bluetooth on by using the hardware key on my computer. Step 2 open control panel, etc...but i need to know exactly how to complete step 1 first and the hardware key is eluding me !! Please help, im desparate !!

There is not a lock for typical bluetooth adapters. Assuming an adapter is installed, you enable it in Device Manager and then use your installed bluetooth app to pair with compatible devices.
