Hardware needed to Use After Effects with 8k Footage

What CPU /GPU/graphics card do i need to be able to use ae with 8k footage without lag. The monitor Ill be using is Dell UltraSharp UP-18

i7 or threadripper...... 1080 ti or some quadro... A load of RAM and a SSD For storing the files currently being edited would prvide literally the least lag possible... whether your budget lets you do that...
