My RTX 4070TI and my whole system is pulling in about 800 Watts and for some reason my bill is up $150. Is it my PC producing too much power or is it something else in the household?
Is Watts, Per Second In hardware statistics or is it Per Hour?

1. Your system probably does not consume 800 watts
2. Even if it did, that is not $150/month.
