Question Hardware problem

Hi. Sorry for bad english.
My config is:
Core i5 4690K
Asrock B85m
Gtx 1070 msi armor
Coolermaster 650w
Liquidmaster 120lite

After testing cpu stability by prime 95, i saw whea uncorrectable eror blue screen and the pc starting to shut down in every startup even on bios... Then i set down cpu clock to 3.0ghz and problem solved. Now i cant change the cpu clock to its normal values because it will turning down repeatedly.
What is happened to my pc? Im worrying about motherboard than cpu or cpu cooler.

Try using the CMOS reset button on your motherboard to reset to default settings, or remove the CMOS battery on the motherboard. That will reset your motherboard settings without having to get into the BIOS.

Im able to enter bios and change cpu clock or reset to default config, i can do enything but i cant set cpu clock to its defualt speed, because the computer turning of while cpu boost. pls help
My psu is best, could i damaged my motherboard when overclocking?
