Hardware reserved dram

I noticed 12 of my 24gb of dram was changed to hardware reserved. I used to have about 1gb or less in hardware reserve. I tried few things like changing something from regedit.. dont remember but it doesnt matter cuz it had no effect. Tried to check the "use full memory" thingy from msconfig.

What helped was i turned off my computer. unplugged power and pressed power button for 15sec to drain all uhm.. power. Now i have 4gb in reserve instead of 12gb.
So u guys think my ram is breaking down? Has any1 had a similar situation where just booting computer effects on the reserved ram like this? 😀

Remove the DIMMs, clean the contacts and socket with electronic contact cleaner, remove any dust or debris from the area, and reinstall them.
