Question Hardware Reserved Memory

Guys i have 2 sticks(2x4gb) of RAM installed in my system. system showing one stick as hardware reserved. it was working fine for couple of years but now this happened. i checked by replacing ram sticks with new one but still same issue.

If your motherboard had 4 slots, then arrange the RAM in the 2nd and 4th slots. It should be as follows: empty, RAM, empty, RAM.
