Question Hardware reserved X570 Taichi Bios 2.70

I have a issue where half my ram is hardware reserved. Which I am out of ideas what to do?

This is what I have.

Things I have done:
Checked CPU for any bent pins or fluff particles & reseated
Replaced Dimms
Changed positioning of Dimms
Did windows memory diagnostic (no Errors)
Ran Memtest86 which came up with 9 tests 0 errors
Cleared Cmos & Reset bios
Updated Bios to 2.70 as per ASRock Site
Reinstalled windows from 64bit Pro(Current) to Home
Have changed setting in the windows Regedit & in the BOOT advanced options

I have loaded the XMP profile that the Bios provides instead of using the auto.
I have looked for onboard GFX setting and I don’t have a header for that in the bios.

I am out of ideas and I have emailed ASRock and with no response, this was sent to them bout 4 weeks ago
Any advice or help would be great. I also only know the basics.

I would call gskill and see what they can suggest.

thanks for the reply, i did contact them but unfortunately they just suggest everything i have already done. and now sit with no responses. and i was so excited to move from console to PC.. now im not so sure,

Can you return the ram and get something else? Yeah, consoles are nice in that they just work and are cheaper than PCs. I actually have no idea how people got to the point of spending thousands of dollars on a pc to play games--people got a lot of spare money or a bigger credit card balance than I would imagine.
