[SOLVED] Hardware to test multiple hard drives at same time using Windows

Hello all, need your help for a project. We have a Windows based software application to test hard drives. We need to be able to test 15-20 desktop sata hard drives at same time (or more). Our program handles it but need the hardware to run it. Again, this must be Windows based. The program needs to be able to individually associate each drive separately. We have tried raid cards and USB sata cards and neither works cause the drives can't be individually detected/lettered. The only hardware we got to work so far was 8 sata ports on a workstation motherboard. Wires got a little messy though but were able to distinguish all 8 drives separately. So needing something like that but can do 15-20 with not as much of a mess and more/easier hot swap capability. Been looking at drive arrays but haven't tried one yet and don't know if they will separate each drive in Windows. Any suggestions?

We ran into USB drive arrays not working cause while it detects each drive it doesn't individually assign each. Example, if a drive failed the test you don't know which drive it is. Almost need it to physically assign a drive letter like if you were plugging into sata port.

I had no issues with the 4 bay one I have.
Each drive its own drive letter.
