Hardware troubleshoot pendrive

Hello,
When I conect mu pendrive to computer, and try to open it, it says "Please insrt disk to drive F?' What is this? What shoud I do?

It could be that the drive is not formatted properly for it to be recognized by the OS.
Formatting will erase data from it, so if you have some data that you need to save, first connect the drive to a Linux-based PC (like Ubuntu, for instance) and save the data from there.
After that, you can go in Disk manager (control panel>administrative tools> computer management> disk management) and format it from there.
