Just as the title says I have a white "cloud" on my LCD monitor, unsure if it can be resolved or if i should just get a new monitor. I am using a Samsung sync-master 931bw
If you can't fix it with a different cable of connection, you need to replace the screen. Can't say I have seen an issue like this that I remember, most screen issues are at right angles not such a flowing random shape.

It's a bad monitor. They can go bad like that, i've got one at work where there's a white circular region that shows up when you put light colors behind it.
