Might ask this guy, but seems his PSU blew up on him, so temperature could be an issue maybe? He crammed an impressive build in there.

Greetings! Thank you for the reply Yes, I can see there may be a temp problem, which is the reason I am considering the PC-o5SX so that I can have the two additional fan capability in the top as compared to the PC-o5 used in his build. You are correct! He did cram an impressive build in that case. I hope his problem is sussed out, for that is a sweet machine.
