copy that file to documents

upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site, and share the link in your thread so we can help fix the problem

what are specs of his?
It is quite possibly a power supply issue that affects the gpu. I suspect that it can't sufficiently supply power. List his full system specs for better understanding.
You can also download and run MalwareBytes (free) to rule out bad malware.
