Has anyone ever ordered computer parts from grooves-inc.com?

I am looking to buy a video card that is out of stock at all the major US retailers, but grooves-inc.com shows it in stock at only a very slight mark up. Has anyone ever ordered from them before. If so, what was your experience?

I wouldn't. I've been burned more than a few times by not reading resellerratings.com first. I've posted on there for years about online buying experiences, too. I'd believe what's posted. Look elsewhere.
