Here is a link to the new technology I think will be greater as it develops allowing you to not know so much about wireless networking. Check it out and comment on price, availability and performance. Leave as many details as possible. I think I will invest in one myself

PRICE ON AMAZON...anyone find it cheaper?

Question:
I see that it needs either an android phone or an iphone. i use a windows phone. am i out of luck?
Answer:
Yes, and iPhone or Android phone is required.

Excuse me? I need a phone to configure the WiFi? That is all kinds of wrong.
On most routers, wireless admin is OFF by default. For good reason. This completely breaks that, and increases the attack surface of the system.

And I'm not talking about WindowsPhone vs iPhone, but rather phone vs no phone.
in short, just preconfigured AP's so that they work together without know-how. (SSID, password, who acts as DHCP server and synch said settings between each other and so on)
Not a bad idea in general but at 200 each (or 500 for 3) priced high enough that some will still opt for plain AP route.
