Has anyone had experience with Gigabyte RMA

About 3 weeks ago I sent in my motherboard for repairs, when it was plugged in there was no display on the monitor and the gpu fan wouldn't spin. It got there in 2 days, because I live in northern California. They have had it for about 2 and a half weeks and I am starting to get skeptical that they lost it or something. Has anyone had this happen to them?

I have heard some horror stories, for sure, but every now and then a positive byte about Gigabyte surfaces. Not sure if those positive stories are damage control done by lying employees or paid customers or legit positive RMA. I gotta say I was concerned after finding bent fan header pins on my first Aorus Z390 Pro board. The second one burnt my CPU socket (arcing from uneven pressure, not really sure why but never happened to me before this board), and the WiFi disconnects on me several times average on a daily basis.
