So I have a problem with my mobo recently. The Ethernet port does not work any more and two of the USB ports do not work at all.
I bought it from MicroCenter and it list the motherboard as having 1 Year of Warranty for Parts and Labor.
It is a Asrock AB350M mAtx motherboard.
I bought it on May 1st 2017 so I still have time.

Depends on where you are based. In Australia, ASRock don't honor their warranties. Many re-seller's are forced (willingly) to exchange ASRock products with dodgy 2nd hand ASrock products when ASRock refuse to comply with their legal obligations.

But, you have try. I'd hurry up, you're running out of time. ASRock can be brutal in terms of the Warranty date.

Now, of course, there will be others who have positive experiences. But either way, don't waste time.

So what happened when you contacted Microcenter and ASRock?

If you have physical access to the store, just phone them up or go in and see if they have one in stock. If not tell them the situation so they can order one.

If it's online there will be specific RMA instructions which usually go like this:

1) contact tech support and/or arrange the RMA
2) follow the shipping instructions
3) buy a book to read for a few weeks
