Has anyone seen this screen before when switching on their PC?

I can't press Esc to continue; after about 15 seconds the monitor just goes to sleep. I pressed F8 once and it loaded up bios but then the computer froze and I couldn't do anything.

Yes - bios from an old lga775 pc.

Can you get into bios - F2 on start-up? Then reset bios to default.

If not, do a cmos re-set - power off, wait 10 mins, remove the big button battery from the mobo, wait 10 mins, put the battery back, start up.

I have tried the CMOS method and it still does the same;

As far as F2 goes, it doesn't work either.

Then do a Windows re-install.
