na, it's not the power supply, there is no memory voltage. It's been slow to boot lately waiting for the memory light to go out. I think the motherboards voltage regulator for main memory or some cheap capacitor in a switching supply went out. Wish I could get a schematic.If it was due to your PSU, you need to cough up the cost of the repair. Asus isn't responsible for you cheaping out on PSU.
You can try RMA if you like, but RMA takes time.
