has my monitor become toast/broken ?

this happened on about 3 days

the 1st day in the morning it would turn on and then make this buzzing noice while it displayed pink and cyan lines and i could not turn it off? when i finaly got it turned off i tryed to turn it on again and then it worked normal?

on 2nd day i turned it on again to see if it happened again and it did but with cyan and brown and no buzzing sound and it would turn off and on this time ?

and on day 3 the screen wont turn on again and it was hot as F after it turned off

my GPU is a EVGA GTX960 2GB with 2.0ACX
and the screen is a prosonic

wait at least 24hrs before posting again as none of us get paid to help others except maybe thank you. what part of the monitor gets hot, front, back or what? regular cord or a power adapter?

thanks and it is the top of the screen and i think it is a regular cord (it gos inside it so i cant see 100%)

we are talking about a 8 year old one 2008-2016
