1. load optized defaults then boot

2. load optized defaults then reboot

3. enter bios

In all probability you want to load the optimized defaults then reboot.

If you have changed anything in the bios, for example the SATA mode, then after the reboot enter the bios and change it to what it was set to before the reset.

if this happens everytime you turn on the system, you will have to replace the coin type battery on your motherboard.
