Haswell, Broadwell or Skylake

Hi guys.
I want to build a new rig but i dont know if i should stay with haswell(4790k) or i should wait for broadwell or skylake. I read that broadwell will increase the performance about 40% more than haswell. (sorry for my english)

What do you plan to do with the CPU? Gaming?

As of the moment, Broadwell's desktop CPU's performance is purely speculative, and given the track record of CPU improvements over the past generation, it is highly unlikely that it will be that high. Even if it hits that high, there won't be many games that would make use of it, even decent i5 still run games without hitting bottlenecks.
