haswell-e or skylake for new build

Ok guys I am in the process of building a new computer. I was looking at CPUs today and wondering which to go with. I would be looking at the 5930k vs the 6700k. I will be picking these up within the next month. I will be playing games most of the time, but want to make sure I future proof this build to comfortably last the next 3 years. So I will be looking to play 4k games and whatever else comes out.

The advantages of Haswell-E are in areas other than gaming, like rendering and VM. A 6700K will meet your future needs. Heck, a 4790K will still be a good CPU in three years.
