I have gtx 1060 and found that my cpu is so bottleneck(fx8320e) and I'm planning to get some upgrade,I'm considering about new skylake i7 6700k but skylake needs more expensive motherboard than haswell,is it really need or is there much different performance between haswell and skylake model? My motherboard is asus m5a78l-m/le and I'm pretty sure it must be replace to newer too

If you're upgrading you will most likely need a new motherboard, the other fx cpu's are just slightly faster versions of what you already own. Whether going with haswell, skylake or ryzen (amd's new cpu that hasn't released just yet) all 3 will require a new motherboard. If skylake lga1151 motherboards are significantly more expensive in your region then haswell lga1150 would work also and would allow you to reuse your ddr3 ram. For an i7 you'd be looking at a 4790k (the equivalent of the 6700k for the haswell platform). You'll also need to reinstall windows.

Skylake and amd's ryzen along with kaby lake which is about to release for intel are all moving to ddr4 ram. Skylake k series cpu's also require you to use an aftermarket cooler...
If you are coming to Intel, it will definitely need to be replaced. However, some people are going to tell you to wait for Kaby Lake. Me personally, getting the i7-6700K is not going to hurt right now, and should last you a few more years before it's time to upgrade. Also, Haswell is the i7-4xxxx line. However, do you plan on overclocking? If not, i5 would be good enough for you.

Skylake k series cpu's also require you to use an aftermarket cooler, they don't ship with a stock cooler at all. The 4790k haswell does come with a stock cooler. It's not wonderful and not suitable for overclocking but it would at least suffice if you needed to put off buying an aftermarket cooler for awhile.

If looking to overclock make sure to find a z series board, either z87 (likely need a bios upgrade) or z97 for haswell to overclock. If you don't want to overclock there are less expensive boards like h81, b85, h97 etc with various features. Be sure they support they features you want.

maybe im going to oc it but it require more power isnt it? I just have 650w corsair bronze model
So maybe i wont overclock it cause i just want to get constant 60fps, if the kaby lake is good should i take skylake for a cheaper budget or get the kabylake for maybe $100-$200 more? Skylake and haswell in my region are at the same prices lol so i wont get haswell

Kaby Lake is just going to be a 5-10% more increase than Skylake. If you want to wait, then go for it, but spending $100 more, not in my book. If Skylake (CPU and motherboard) are the same price, then go for it. It will be good for the next 3-5 years.

650w is plenty of power to oc a cpu and keep up with a gpu, especially the 1060. It's not really that much difference. I don't know why kaby lake would be $100-200 more, it will likely be very similar in price to skylake. Whether to wait or not is up to you, there will be a few improvements with the 200 series chipset over skylake's 100 series.
