Dear Fellow (haswell) Overclockers,
I have put together a video here that explains more about the core-ratio feature and how it is useful (or can be) for extracting extra performance out of your haswell chip.
The video below describes the process, but basically it involves using the actives cores and core-ratio to find out if you can (in not all circumstances, especially if you are unlucky and core 1 is the worst core out of your 4) can extract extra MHZ from core 1 / 2 / 3 before you get to the 4 core ratio limit.
