have 124ssd full in c and 2tb empty in d how do i switch and not mess up

i want the 2 tb drive as primary drive and all items loading to that even os moved to that or i can leave os and program files on ssd but i want d to be c so my 2tb empty d drive i want as C and I want c my ssd to be my d drive- how can i do this and have computer work and lose no programs

Solution
The easiest way would be to use some sort of cloning software. Some companies may have a download for one. (Western Digital did when I upgraded my hard drive.)

It sounds a bit strange to want the 2TB drive as your boot drive if it isn't an SSD though.
