I'm a pc noob I know nothing and so I thought this community might help me, I plan to donate 10 computers I already own as I have run out of space, and yes my budget is 30 gezz

Thanks blue_smoke, I got the monitors with the titan x cards as a bundle from a friend of mine now only thing I'm short of is the 128gb ecc ram

then just go with one of the 18 core xeons and 64gb of normal ram on a z97 board... It will be cheaper and you wont have to use ecc ram
