Have 6 standoffs installed but forgot 3

I recently came across standoffs. im new to putting computers together and everything.
I came aware of standoffs today and scrambled to see if i had any because i didnt have instructions to install them into my case
I found they were pre-installed(6 of them) but i have a ATX motherboard that has 9 spaces to be bolted in.
I only bolted 6 of the ones that had the standoffs because it was bending my motherboard in too much for my comfort(this was before i knew about standoffs)
I have the other 3 standoffs, and the right 3 spaces arent bolted in to my motherboard.
Is it a big deal to have to take everything apart and put the standoffs in and bolt them or is the motherboard going to be fine if it doesnt touvh the back of the case?

Also to add, is it weight and heat that warps motherboards? cause on the right side of my motherboard there isnt really much pressure like a gpu or cpu cooler.
