Have a Dell Optiplex 3010 but non of the usb ports is working, cant access the BIOS either. could someone ba having a solution

Hi, I have a Dell Optiplex 3010. replaced the motherboard but non of the usb ports is working neither in the BIOS or after it loads windows. there for i cant access either the BIOS or do anything when the PC loads. stuck, could someone out there have a solution for this issue.

Have you tried another keyboard? Make sure it's not wireless or anything like that. Also, do the keyboard lights light up (caps, num, scroll lock) as soon as you turn on the machine?

It is possible that the new MoBo is bad. Do you have a PS2 keyboard to try (or a USB to PS2 adaptor).
