I game on it HEAVILY.

I just don’t think it’s running correctly at all. I see crappier rigs have much smoother gameplay

if you were messing with BIOS, just reset CMOS and turn XMP on to best setting for your RAM.
Use HWinfo https://www.hwinfo.com/ to check temps, voltages etc.
