have a pc problem with gpu

So i have a pc for gaming the problem started recently when i start games like gta 5 gpu usage spikes up and down for no apparent reason and reaches 0% but works fine with witcher 3
but when i gave the pc to my friend the pc worked fine even with gta 5 and my friend ran some bench marks and they all gave good results so i got back my pc hopping there was no problem yet the problem was still there when i started my pc at my home so i gave the pc at my friend to try it in another place and it ran smoothly with no problems. so i thought there maybe a problem with my home like overloading cause of air conditioning or washing machine so i turned off everything but still didnt work so any idea what might caused the problem since the pc works great when my friend try it at his home.

Do you have an accumulator into which you could plug your PC in? If so, try it. I believe that this is an issue sith power stability because the PSU can't provide the parts with stable power.

But I hope you get the point, a power bank you would usually use with a mobile phone, but much more powerful.
