There is an overclock on my rx 580 from 1750mhz to 2000mhz on part of the memory clock, all right in the tests and below reasonable temperature, between 65 - 79 ° C in the heavier games if I let this overclock run risk of damaging a card?

No. Voltage control for vram is disabled through bios for these cards. As long as it runs in stock voltage it won't do any damage. As far as i know most of RX580s are factory set at 2000mhz already. Which brand is it?

Mine is the 4gb version of Gigabyte, by default it is 1750mhz. I increased the power limit to the maximum I always did but I think it would not damage the graphics card.

Ah yes, 4gb models come with 1750 on the memory. Don't worry, power limit won't increase any voltage, it simply allow the card to run at maximum clocks and power.
