Question have a red dragon s101 anti ghosting keyboard but cant w shift and space (run and jump same time)

as question state i play Tarkov and shift w space is a key part of the game as its running and jumping same time... this is the second time it happen to me and i have a antighosting keyboard so i dont understand y this is happening last time i just unplug keyboard disabled it restart and it work this time its not working... is it time for a new keyboard??? or is there a work around? any suggestions are greatly appricated
