Have and internal SSD and HDD that came with the laptop of my manufacturer its detected in both drives are working

the HDD isnt in the boot order in bios or one time boot menu and i cant add the hard drive to do so.but it does work in bios and when i put files on the internall HDD normally i have an msigs63vr and do you thing the manufaturer blocked me form booting from it or is there any way t boot from it

i wanted to put another os on it but there is no point in doing so if the bios doesnt let me boot from it

There might be an option in the BIOS to change what the "boot" storage device is.
I believe under "UEFI Hard Disk Drive BBS Priorities" option.
It also needs to be on the UEFI boot mode.
