I was reading PC gamer mag and saw the ad for aeoncraft than I went online to www.aeoncraft.com but I did not get any info about them. I'm planning on purchasing a gaming computer and the other companies are too pricy. please help...thanks.

They look like a good company and have been around since 1998. However I couldn't find any reviews so I investigated it and this is what I have found.
Pros
-Water cooled this will increase the life
-Free shipping (You have to pay for the monitor's shipping)
-Very impresive spec.
-Competive Price
Cons
-No reviews is a troubling thought
-A Limited Warranty
I hope this helps

Looks good and a very good price. I don't like the case though, I have read some review about the case. It not impressive, just some plastic with metallic paint. But still, I would pick this company, than the overpriced @lienW@re.

hehe i was wondering the same thing when i saw that ad in this month's pcagmer. Aeoncraft seems to be a sub-brand of the infamous ibuypower company that gets so many mixed reviews...
I am also browsing for a new rig myself however ibuypower and its sister company cyberpower are notorious for TERRIBLE customer service. Their machines are so cheap that you almost want to take the risk but i would have to say approach aeoncraft with caution because of its relation to these other brands.

thats where i got my info from...still not much to go on but im interested if anyone has actually dealt with aeoncraft as well.

I was browsing for new toys while I was waiting to come home from the end of my deployment in Afghanistan... (mm deployment money.... new gear..... 🙂 ) I took a risk on Aeoncraft, after catching their ad in the available pcgamer issue. I couldn't ignore the specs on their machines and the going price on what I was looking for (I ended up with the 9060 Special) I had it waiting for me when I got home... after ordering it online, and with some difficulty dealing with the customer service. When I recieved it, it was initially a badass machine... ran anything I threw at it no sweat... UNTIL..... some major hardware issue came up, out of nowhere,... from what I ciould tell, the motherboard **** the bed... but I sent it back, (they e-mailed a prepaid FedEx label) and I got it back in 2 weeks (killed me) and I've had no problems since that time. (about 3 months now) so we'll see..... The funny thing is, when I called them about the problem, (the 800 number on the web site) they were confused when I had given them my customer ID, asking me if I was SURE it had come from AeonCraft.... then I told them the case was labeled with an IBUYPOWER tag, and mass confusion set in... they hadn't a clue, and it took nearly an hour to sort it out... (and I still don't know OFFICIALLY where THEY think this came from....)

So all in all, Customer Service from the company seems to be all but nonexistant, but the machine itself is excellent (unless it breaks again,... in which case I'll just blow it up...)

I hope this rambling nonsensical post helps anyone out there.....
