[SOLVED] Have ATI RADEON HD 4800 SERIES VIDEO CARD

I believe the video card is going on my desktop. I agree it is a little old but does what I need. A few months ago I noticed the screen resolution was changed. Now MP4 and other files will not play. I tried to download RealPlayer and other video players to see if the code (codex-?) would help, it did not. Running win 10 version 2004. I have ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC, MAXIMUS VI HERO REV1.XX MOTHERBOARD. SERIAL NUMBER 140121143403651. I am looking for a video card that would work in my M/B. I watch a few videos some time even DTV on the computer. Nothing special. Any help

I had tried to update the driver. No good. I have driver version 8.970.100.9001. I can not find where to get it and to install it. Being told win 10 will not install it. Was told ATI does not support win 10. Unfortunately, I have forgotten a lot of what I did know about computers. Can you point me in the right direction to d/l file and how to install it? Thank you.
