[SOLVED] Have Dell XPS 8900 and I cannot see thumb drive in ANY USB slot. What to do?

I've never been able to see Thumb drive on this computer.

I have to thank-you for helping this old lady. I realize you asked for more information, but that question made me think more. I found that the USB slots are labeled I (eye) or J. Thank you for your kindness.

May also need to install chipset drivers.
