Have downloaded 'Picture to Exe'. Video software. It does not self open and Windows 10 asking for program to open it.Any sugge

Fully expected as with most downloaded programs that it would automatically open. However Windows is requesting me to instruct which program will open it. Non of Windows programs recognise it. Any suggestions please.
