Have gotten a satellite toshiba for my birthday in april I had to restart the system from the start an want's the main passcod

Once it was reset would not open no matter what the company told me to do with the system which cost a lot.... Want main passcode I have no clue what it is -.-

If Toshiba can't help you then it can't be fixed. You need to remember your password

What password are you talking about? BIOS? Hard-Drive, Windows? If you did a system restore, the only passwords that it should be asking is a BIOS one or a hard-drive one if you set those. You need to work with Toshiba to fix this.
