I have tried everything to post with this system I just built

5800x
Rog b550f gaming mb
3070ti
32gb ram
Rm750e
Kraken z53
Wd black ssd

I had every component installed correctly and in the correct slots. When I flick the switch on the power supply my rog logo leds light up and my aio lcd screen also turns on showing power.
When I’ve gone to turn the pc on every fan starts to spin for a split second then stops. The rog logo continues to light up there’s no sign of rgb life in the ram either. The cpu is compatible with the motherboard bios and was installed correctly.

I tested the ram in my brothers pc and it posted first try perfectly. Also did the same thing with the gpu that also posted perfectly. I had no way of checking if it was a motherboard problem or cpu because he uses an intel system. I have no spare parts on hand either.

Is this a power supply issue, a motherboard problem or dead cpu problem.

Can you try your PSU in brother's system?

CPU failures are EXTREMELY uncommon.

Motherboard most likely if PSU works elsewhere, assuming your cables, wires, connections are OK.

Motherboard DOA is hardly uncommon.

I’ll try my psu in his system and if it manages to post then it’s more then likely the motherboard.

But if I fail to post them I have found my issue to why I have been failing to post.
